Floral Artistry

Jane Carroll's floral work has been recognized nationally, with features in Oprah's O List, The Oprah Show, People, and InStyle. Her designs were also featured in Jane Weitzman's Art & Sole, where artists from around the world transformed shoes into works of art.

Over the years, Jane's creative journey has evolved from floral design into food, hospitality, and curated environments. Today, those passions come together under one roof in her new Port Chester flagship location, where guests will experience Jane Foodie prepared foods, fresh floral artistry, and thoughtfully curated interior pieces in a space designed to inspire gathering and connection.

Many of the furnishings, decorative objects, and collected pieces featured throughout the café are personally sourced and curated by Jane and will also be available for purchase, creating a living showroom that reflects her signature approach to food, flowers, and curated spaces.

Jane is currently accepting a limited number of private commissions, events, collaborations, and custom floral projects.

While flowers are ephemeral, the objects that hold them are meant to stay. We source vintage and collected vessels, boxes, baskets, and sculptural objects—or incorporate meaningful pieces from your own collection—to create botanical works that can be enjoyed long after the blooms have faded.
